Twelve inch teak floorboards and fifteen foot, lime- washed ceilings are part of an original design by the Comte de Mauny, the Edwardian 'faux noble' who lived and worked in Ceylon .

The apartment feature orginal artworks, antique chests and cabinets and two enormous Dutch, spiral, four poster beds. A suite can be booked separately.
